The CPRD GOLD Pregnancy Register is derived from the primary care data and contains a list of all pregnancy episodes within the CPRD GOLD database, approximately 7 million pregnancies.
The CPRD GOLD Pregnancy Register is developed using an algorithm and contains a number of data variables including the start and end of pregnancy, trimester dates and the outcome of the pregnancy.
