CPRD studies

This month the following paper has been published, setting out the work to develop a new algorithm that generated a Pregnancy Register comprising 5.8 million pregnancies among 2.4 million women in the UK.

 

Also published recently was an article providing an overview of how CPRD data can be used to support pharmacovigilance and specific advantages in the context of the ‘six Vs of big data’ including volume, velocity, variety, veracity, validity and value.
