From Wednesday 20 April 2022, all requests for linked data from organisations that hold a CPRD Multi-Study Licence should be submitted on the CPRD electronic Research Applications Portal (eRAP).
The study Chief Investigator (CI) or Corresponding Applicant (CA) will be able to log in to eRAP, go to ‘My Studies’, and make the request for the approved study. Much of the request will be pre-populated with information from the approved study and applicants will only need to complete the details specific to their request and attach the required documents. Once submitted, applicants will then be able to track the progress of the request directly within eRAP.
After submission, CPRD must firstly evaluate whether the appropriate contractual agreements are in place for the study before the request is processed.
